We purchase in quantity and work hard to negotiate the best prices on our products so that we can pass the savings on to you. If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, please let us know and we will match or even potentially beat that price (on a like-for-like basis).
Fast Shipping over £75
All in-stock orders are shipped the same business day if received by 2pm. Orders received after 2pm are shipped the following business day. Please review our free freight policy prior to ordering. Note: Some delays may occur during high volume times of the year, but please know that we work hard to send out your package as fast as we can. All parcels are 100% discreet and will arrive in a plain box or wrapped in black.

For your privacy we have used a non-descript name for our bank account.
Our bank account is named, 'TSW incorporated' so rest assured there is no mention of Hydroponics on your bank statement after using your bank card to buy products from us.

Environmentally Friendly
To reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment, we will try when possible to reuse quality cardboard and packaging when preparing our online orders (while still maintaining our plain packaging promise). If your order arrives in a used box with foam peanuts or bubble wrap, please do not be offended.
