Ordering

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers, Paypal, all major Debit and Credit Cards as well as one-click bank transfer service. At online checkout, look out for the ‘1-click instant payment’ button. Click on this button to pay with a fast 1-click transfer. You also have the option to receive your items straight away but pay for them in interest-free instalments with payment platforms like Clearpay, Paypal Credit and Klarna.

How are orders packed?

All parcels will arrive in plain packaging without logos or other identifying marks.

Do you really price match items if I have found them cheaper elsewhere?

The answer is maybe, if you have found the exact same item elsewhere then let us know by either telephone, email or WhatsApp and we will look into where you have found the item and if the seller of that item is a shop like our self then we will happily match or in some cases beat the price of that item to make sure we are the cheapest retailer for you to buy it from.
unfortunately we will not be able to price match pricing when discounts or sales have been applied.

Do you offer discount?

Do you have a shop I can visit to look at the products you sell?

The answer is yes, we have a large well stocked shop with show grow room on the outskirts of Sheffield which we are very proud of, and we do everything we can here to display all the products we sell so you the customer can come down to the shop and see our products and talk to us about the benefits of using them. We display everything from grow systems, environmental control products to plant nutrients and much more and as we have many years experience selling and using them all, we can confidently tell you in detail all about the products you require. How much are your delivery charges?

All orders are packed in plain discreet parcels with non descript labels for your personal security.

All packages are shipped in plain, discrete packaging. Absolutely NO information is passed to third parties.

Please note that paid for next day delivery only applies if you order before 1PM Monday to Thursday.

Our UK delivery zones: In the UK we have 4 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use royal mail and FedEx for all standard size and weight orders within UK mainland which is a next working day delivery service, if an order is a bulky item or over 25kg we may use a different courier which can accommodate the size or weight of the parcel.
For European orders we use Parcel2go to find suitable couriers on the day.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are dependant on the selected delivery option. If you order before 1pm we dispatch the same day?

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we deal with many international orders, and we will ship anywhere in the world, you just must pay the delivery costs which are worked out as soon as we get the order.
When an overseas order lands with us we work out the shipping costs and then send the overseas customer an email with a secure link to pay the shipping costs and most likely the customs charges. Once this shipping payment has been made, we then ship the order usually the same day.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

I’m missing an item I ordered, or I received the wrong item what now?

In the unlikely event this happens we will move fast to make sure you get the item swapped or the missing item is with you as fast as possible. As this would be a mistake made by us or a parcel went missing with the couriers then any delivery costs will be met by us.
Rest assured though this event doesn’t happen very often if at all as we pride our self on our fulfilment promise and our customer service.

How do I return an item if it doesn’t work?

In the unusual event of an item you ordered doesn’t work, please contact us immediately. Providing the product is covered by a warranty or guarantee (or if it's within the timeframe provided by your statutory rights), we will arrange collection of the faulty item with a courier and provide you with a repair, replacement or refund.

Do I get warranty

Generally, most items have a manufacturer’s warranty of one year, some items may have longer. If you find an item, you have purchased from us fails please do get in touch with us or bring the item down to the shop for us to inspect it and if the item is still within its warranty period and it is faulty due to no fault of your own, we will happily swap your faulty item for a new one. Most items have a code on them relating to the date of manufacture so we can work out how long you will have had the item and be able to find out if it is still in warranty. If by chance you do have a receipt of purchase, then please do provide us with that to make things easier.
